The Eight Industrial Countries: America, Japan, Canada, Russian Federation, China

Scandinavian Countries: Denmark Sweden Norway Finland

Other Countries: Switzerland, Arab Gulf States, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia
